Is this a license?

No. This is educational material, not a state license. It does not authorize services beyond the holder's own licensing.

What do I receive?

The manual plus the bilingual consultation & consent form (the same form is included in both the English and Spanish editions).

How do I receive my certificate?

After 30 days, send a 2-minute video of you performing the procedure, a photo of your ID, and a before/after photo. It must be you in the video doing the procedure. Once verified, your certificate is sent to you. The certificate is not included in the download.
