Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Digital Products

All digital products are final sale. This includes:

  • Online microneedling training courses

  • Downloadable materials, guides, and videos

  • Digital quizzes or assessments

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued for digital products once access has been granted.

Physical Products – Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, physical items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them

  • In original packaging with all tags and seals intact

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at yvbeautyts@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions

  3. Ship the item to the address provided

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection within 5–7 business days.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing times vary by bank or credit card issuer (typically 5–10 business days)

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again

  2. Contact your bank or credit card issuer—processing delays vary

  3. If you've done both and still need assistance, email us at yvbeautyts@gmail.com

Exchanges

We only replace physical items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

To request an exchange:

  • Email yvbeautyts@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Include photos of the defect or damage

  • Provide your order number

If approved, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.

Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable

  • If approved for a refund, the original shipping cost will not be included in your refund

  • For returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance—we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

Items Over $75

For returns valued over $75, we strongly recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping service

  • Purchasing shipping insurance

We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
